1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 4dgang ("we", "us", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "Member") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 4dgang platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and support services available at 4dgang.cam.

By completing account registration, clicking any "Accept" or "Confirm" interface element, or by continuing to use the platform after an update to this Agreement has been published, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by its terms.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the 4dgang platform. 4dgang reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the individual member account created by you upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or incentive amount issued by 4dgang that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures used by 4dgang to comply with anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and responsible gambling obligations.
• "Platform" means the 4dgang website, related mobile interfaces, and any associated applications made available by the Operator.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling services operated by 4dgang is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus redemption, or internal transfer of funds associated with your Account.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 4dgang, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful, and you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, agent, or direct family member of any such person employed or engaged by 4dgang or any affiliated company.
5. You do not currently hold another active Account with 4dgang.
6. You have not previously had an Account with 4dgang that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of this Agreement.
7. You have not enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with 4dgang that remains in effect.
8. You are not registering for the purpose of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud, or any other prohibited activity.

4dgang reserves the right to verify eligibility at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed or is found to have been falsely claimed, 4dgang may suspend the Account and withhold any Balance or winnings pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

4dgang may request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before a first withdrawal, or when an unusual account activity pattern is observed. Documents typically required include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, SYABAS, or Telekom Malaysia), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months.
• A clear self-portrait photograph (selfie) holding the identification document, where requested.
• Confirmation of payment method ownership where deposits have been made.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period as specified in the verification request may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in cases of material non-compliance, the restriction or closure of the Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a security concern to 4dgang support. 4dgang will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All player deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. 4dgang supports the following deposit channels, subject to availability:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (e-wallets — typically instant)
• DuitNow (Bank Negara instant transfer — typically instant)
• FPX — Financial Process Exchange (5–15 minutes processing)
• Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect (5–15 minutes processing)

4dgang does not accept cash, third-party deposits on behalf of another person, or funds sourced from credit taken specifically for gambling purposes. Deposits that cannot be matched to verified payment method ownership may be returned or held pending review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Before the first withdrawal is released, satisfactory KYC documentation must be on file. Standard withdrawal processing times range from under one hour for verified accounts to five business days for cases requiring additional review. 4dgang does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party processing charges from your bank or payment provider may apply independently.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 4dgang makes bonus offers available to registered Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of issue, including but not limited to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any funds associated with a bonus (or winnings derived from bonus play) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time window (typically 7 to 30 days).
• Certain game types may be excluded or weighted differently for the purpose of wagering contribution. Slot games generally contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be fully excluded unless stated otherwise.
• 4dgang reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, arbitrage, hedging, or coordinated exploitation is identified.
• The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated solely through bonus play may be capped at a multiple of the original bonus value, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 4dgang platform are subject to individual game rules, which take precedence over general terms where a specific situation is governed by a more detailed rule. In the absence of specific guidance, the following general principles apply:

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed. A wager cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after the confirmation screen has been accepted.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 4dgang reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's Account Balance.
• 4dgang does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, sport, market, or betting line. Markets may be suspended or removed at the Operator's discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports betting are subject to settlement rules for the applicable sport and competition. Match result bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets will settle according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• In cases where a player has accepted an odds or payout figure that was clearly displayed in error, 4dgang reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4dgang platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of co-ordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or other players.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or place wagers on the platform.
• Systematic exploitation of errors, glitches, or software faults to generate an unfair advantage.
• Participating in or facilitating money laundering, the placement of funds of criminal origin, or any form of financial fraud.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at other players, support staff, or any 4dgang representative.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4dgang platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, interface design, game artwork, written materials, software architecture, and promotional imagery — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4dgang or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 4dgang content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data Processing

4dgang collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.

4dgang does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data will be shared only where necessary for the operation of the platform, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of legitimate operational interests.

11 Responsible Gambling

4dgang is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and must not be treated as a source of income, a method of relieving financial pressure, or a way to recover prior losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts to notify you of how long your current play session has been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. During a self-exclusion period, no new account may be opened with 4dgang. Requests for reinstatement after permanent self-exclusion will not be accepted.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

4dgang reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where:

• A breach of this Agreement is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Account cannot be verified to the required standard within a reasonable period.
• An Account is found to belong to a person who does not meet eligibility requirements.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Technical, security, or regulatory circumstances require the suspension of specific accounts or the platform as a whole.

In the event of a permanent closure attributable to a player breach, 4dgang reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, Bonus Funds, and associated winnings. Where closure occurs for an operational or regulatory reason unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method where practicable.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 4dgang support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dgang, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Loss or corruption of Account data, wager history, or balance records caused by events beyond 4dgang's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure account credentials, enabling access by an unauthorised third party.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 4dgang's gross negligence, or for fraud. Where a statutory right cannot lawfully be excluded, this Agreement does not purport to exclude it.

14 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, game outcome, withdrawal, or any other matter arising from your use of the 4dgang platform, you should first contact 4dgang support and allow a reasonable period of up to ten business days for investigation and response.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dgang is incorporated and licensed to operate. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by the above means.

Nothing in this clause prevents 4dgang from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief before a competent court in any jurisdiction where such relief is warranted to protect the platform, its intellectual property, or the safety of its Members.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

4dgang reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or a prominent on-platform notice prior to the change taking effect.

The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible on this page. The date of the most recent review appears at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after an amendment has been published and communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should close your Account before the revision takes effect.
